Below are the general terms and conditions for trading with Little Name ApS, hereafter referred to as "we", "us" and "our".

The terms can change without notice, and it is therefore recommended that the customer reads the terms before any purchase.

Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT and any taxes.

All prices are stated with a clear indication of currency, and payment is made in the stated currency.

When ordering, we reserve the order amount on the stated card, but the money is only drawn when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. As soon as the package is sent, you will receive tracking information via email and/or SMS.

Orders are, as a rule, handled and dispatched the next business day.

The order will be sent with the shipping company and the shipping method you have chosen during the order process.

We reserve the right to invoice costs associated with packages not picked up on time at a pickup point, or which cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Liability

We stand 100% behind the quality of our products. We only deal in original products from recognized brands in the industry. Should there unexpectedly be errors or defects in the delivery, we are ready to assist.

Right of Cancellation - if you regret your purchase

NOTE: Please be aware that personalized/customized products, such as engraved pacifiers, cannot be returned.

If you wish to return one or more items, you must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the order. It is a prerequisite for returning that customer service has been informed about the return.

Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item or failing to pick up the package from a delivery point. In such cases, we will charge the return costs we have incurred.

The order number must be clearly indicated, and the package must be sent with delivery. We do not accept packages sent to pick-up points, sent COD, or similar.

You must bear the costs associated with returning the item to us, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. When returning, the item must be securely packaged.

Complaint Options

If you wish to complain about your purchase, you must first contact us by email at support@littlename.eu.

If we unexpectedly does not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints, if the conditions for this are met.
